



Dashboards - they were (and probably still are) a total and complete clusterfuck to deal with, having extensive documentation to make them usable by anybody who isn't part of ScienceLogic itself. The old UI was terrible, the new one not much better. Third party integration like ServiceNow is janky at best, it will also keep you on the phone with support all the time. Deeply nested device groups (think VMware envionrmnets) are a pain in the ass and will lead you to nothing but headaches. Its fine for straight forward environments with sane device counts, if you get up around 100k systems or extremely network heavy (think racks of stacked switches) you will probably run into issues.
